The school is approximately 10,000 square feet and features 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, in addition to the original “old school” boys’ and girls’ restrooms. Several of the original classrooms have been thoughtfully divided into smaller bedrooms to provide additional sleeping spaces.

- Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds with an attached full bathroom

- Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds and 1 twin bunk bed
- Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds with an attached full bathroom
- Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 6: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 7: 8 queen beds and 5 twin beds
- Bedroom 8: 2 queen beds with an attached full bathroom and washer and dryer
In addition to the beds, the school has 2 fold-out couches and 3 sectional couches that can provide additional sleeping space. There is also plenty of open floor space for children to use sleeping bags or air mattresses, making the property especially well suited for large families, reunions, and groups.
